By using Tigmi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the app and website.

2. Use of Service

Tigmi allows users to upload images and generate AI-based interior design previews. You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material you don't own.
• Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or exploit the platform commercially without permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated visuals, design presets, software, and trademarks remain the property of Tigmi. You retain rights to your uploaded photos, but by using Tigmi, you grant us limited rights to process them solely for generating visuals.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium features may be billed via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, App Store, Play Store). Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tigmi is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect visual accuracy. Tigmi is a visualization tool, not a construction or architectural service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international digital service laws and applicable local consumer protection standards.
